What we collect: only what you send us yourself by email or when booking a call: name, email address, organisation and the content of your message.
Why we use it: to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer or agreement and deliver the service you asked for. Legal basis: your request and the performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it: enquiries that do not lead to an agreement for up to 12 months; data linked to an agreement and invoicing for as long as Bulgarian law requires.
Third parties: call booking runs through Calendly. This site sets no tracking cookies and loads no external fonts or analytics.
Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@developu.bg. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
